good that you r posting about traditional dishes , because I will need this information when I go to Japan , I am going in 9 gatsu , I passed an exan in the Japanese embassy , and I am going in 9 gatsu ^0^ yatta , Thank god .
so plz give me alot of advices on my email plz on the best places to go and the best food to eat ^-^
