When I went to Kobe in spring, I encountered the event by chance.
I liked the work of the Matryoshka(Матрёшка:マトリョーシカ) made from the petals. 
I thought that it was a very beautiful event like in foreign countries.
Because Kobe has the big port, the influence of an overseas culture has been received.
